style pavilion. Participating authors’ books will be available for signing and purchase through
New York’s premier cookbook store, Kitchen Arts & Letters.

Cooking demonstration with Lauren Groveman, cookbook author and radio host. Books include Lauren Groveman’s Kitchen, Nurturing Food for Family and Friends and her upcoming The I Love to Cook Book: Rediscovering the Joy of Cooking for Family and Friends.

Sylvia Bianco
, restaurateur and author, shares recipes from her Connecticut restaurant, Biscotti, and her cookbook, Simply Sauté.
