demonstrations and seminars. Plus take a peek at what’s new from KitchenAid in this theater-
style pavilion. Participating authors’ books will be available for signing and purchase through
New York’s premier cookbook store, Kitchen Arts & Letters.

Cooking demonstration with Abigail Hitchcock, chef of Camaje restaurant in Greenwich Village and founder of the cooking school Culinary Explorers, which runs out of her restaurant’s kitchen.

2:30-3:15pm
Pastry-making demonstration with Johnny Iuzzini, pastry chef at the famed Jean-Georges
restaurant and voted one of America’s top 10 pastry chefs for 2003 by Pastry Art & Design.

5:30-6:15pm
Cooking demonstration with Dede Wilson, cookbook author, contributing editor to Bon Appetit and host of the new PBS series “Seasonings.” Dede’s books include The Wedding Cake Book and A Baker’s Field Guide to Christmas Cookies.

 

 All sessions are complimentary; seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Speakers and programs subject to change. All sessions are held in the Theater on the Show floor; cooking demonstrations and cookbook singings are held in the adjacent KitchenAid Culinary Pavilion.
