Administrative Assistant/Legal Administration
Responsibilities include administrative support and maintain an
executive calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel plans,
manage and distribute statistical reports, sustain accurate files
and handle special projects as assigned.
We require 2-3 years of previous administrative and customer service
experience along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
and Act. Excellent communication and organizational skills are
a must. Familiarity w/legal documents and correspondence preferred,
but not required.

Collector/Credit Collections Department
Responsibilities include collection of delinquent tenant rent and
trade show revenues. Communicate with outside collection agencies.
Maintain and generate management reports. Initiate paper work for
various tenant actions, sustain accurate files and handle special
projects as assigned.
Previous collections, administrative and customer service experience
along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Act.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
